Must-Try Disney Snacks for Your Next Trip to Walt Disney World

Walt Disney World is the most magical place on earth for many reasons, one being the amazing snacks… sweet and salty!! Headed down to Orlando, Florida soon? Let me help you plan your next Disney trip than with a list of must-have snacks for the next time you spend a few days visiting Mickey Mouse!

Peter Pan Float - Walt Disney World Ice Cream

Peter Pan Float

Magical in both taste & appearance! This was so refreshing and absolutely delicious to eat! Key Lime Dole Whip on top of Sprite, topped with a chocolate feather… feels more than appropriate to enjoy in Fantasyland!

Mickey Pretzel - Walt Disney World Snack

The Famous Mickey Mouse Pretzel

Listen, anything Mickey shaped is automatically delicious right?! I’m a sucker for this snack because it’s quick, easy to eat, & feels extra magical when you’re in WDW. Carbs & a little salt is also great fuel if you’re spending a lot of time in the sun, running through the parks!

Beauty and The Beast The Grey Stuff Disney Snack

The Grey Stuff

You honestly can’t eat this without singing the song! And it IS delicious. A cookies & cream/Oreo type of pudding that is both simple & nostalgic. Light enough after an inevitable long day of snacking, but also satisfies that sweet craving after dinner! The cutest part? It’s served in a white chocolate “Chip” mold!

Chips & Guac with Margarita from Disney's Epcot Mexico

Chips and Guac with a Margarita

I know you’re probably thinking.. I can get this anywhere! But trust me when I say, this is one of the best! This snack is great for sharing & perfect for kicking off your journey “around the world” at Epcot. The chips & guac are consistently fresh and just enough of everything you’d want in this snack. The frozen margaritas come in original, mango + strawberry OR you can opt for the “Fiesta” marg which is a mixture of all 3 and my personal fav!

Bao Bun - A must-try seasonal snack in China at Epcot

Bao Bun (seasonal)

I originally had this treat during the holidays in Disney’s Epcot but it seems to have made a return for Food & Wine Festival 2021! This easy to eat treat is great for pairing with your favorite drink selection. I love all the flavors of this salty + savory snack packed into a few bites! If you’re visiting during an off season for this snack, try the potstickers instead!

Grey Goose Citron Lemonade Slush at France in Epcot

Grey Goose Citron Lemonade Slush

This is just such a simple, incredible combo that’s quickly became my absolute favorite drink in Epcot. And since we usually start in Mexico when exploring the World Showcase, this pops up at the perfect time for a cool down as you round out the countries!

Watermelon Dole Whip - Secret Menu Item at Downtown Disney in Orlando, Florida

Watermelon Dole Whip (Secret Menu Item!)

You won’t find this on the menu, but you can order this mouth-watering, instagrammable treat in Downtown Disney. Of course we love a good Dole Whip, but the watermelon flavor is truly to die for. It is served inside an actual slice of watermelon + topped with chocolate chips. YUM!

Found in: Disney Springs, “Marketplace Snacks”

That’s the list of some of my FAVORITE snacks at Walt Disney World, but here’s a few classic treats that get a little too hyped in my opinion. Next time skip these treats below & try something else!

Star Wars Green Milk at Disney World

Star Wars Green Milk

Tastes like “a scented bar of soap”, as my best friend gently described it. I couldn’t argue! Get the Blue Milk instead if you want to experience this popular item!

Turkey Leg at Disney in Orlando, FL

Turkey Leg

Sure it’s a classic, but this oversized snack is super salty, difficult to chomp on & will leave you feeling like you need a nap!

A Frozen Beer in Epcot’s Japan Pavilion

The frozen portion tastes mostly like frozen foam… is that even a thing? Skip this for Shaved Ice instead (which comes with a boozy option if you’re drinking around the world!!!)

Next time you’re escaping for a few days and spending them at Disney World, I hope you give these a try!
